Who you are (role and responsibilities)
The Success Manager role is a split between behind the scenes work while also ensuring communication excellence with the teams we support.
As our Success Manager, you'll:
- Guide client projects from start to finish, keeping everything on track and top-quality.
- Build great relationships with clients through clear and reliable communication.
- Keep the team aligned on project timelines and goals, helping everyone stay motivated and meet deadlines.
- Ensure all projects are fully set up from a technical perspective in our tech stack including but not limited to Asana, Slack, Miro, Google Workspace and AI tools, verifying team members have access to everything necessary to do their best work.
- Coordinate calendar invites & events for the kick-off calls, workshops, and other meetings between FTF & clients.
- Run internal “Sprint Success” meetings, including preparing the agenda, leading the discussion, and capturing action items.
